High-quality digital night vision with no noticeable lag on 60fps unless moving high speed, then it's slight. At 90fps, there is no noticeable lag at high speed. The battery pack stopped lighting up the charging lights to signify the level of charge, so I don't know if it's fully charged other than pressing the hard to operate button to force the thing to light up while unplugged. The battery appears to hold charge fine, but it's difficult to determine when the battery is done charging. It worked fine for the first week I had it. The Optix unit itself had worked flawlessly even in zero moon conditions. The wifi bridge to my phone doesn't require actual internet, so that's a plus. I can use the app to take video or pictures directly on my phone to share rather than having to pull them from the SD card on the Optix, so that is good for convenience. The diopter & light adjustments are implemented well. A good buy at its sale price of just under $2k with a 10% discount code on top of that.
