Absorbent Period Underwear

These feel like a diaper. I was so hopeful because I love a high waisted period undies but the fit of these just weren't it for me. I also like a full coverage on my period and these were a little cheeky and just kept giving me wedgies.

I love these. They're perfect for every stage of my cycle, and make it easier to ease into my menstrual phase to catch any spotting on either side PLUS solo or with a cup/disk during my menstrual phase. My period has changed in recent years, so this is the no-brainer solution. I even wear them to sleep. I also greatly value that I can wash AND DRY these without PFAS or worrying about the integrity of the garment. This is my second order to make sure I'm always covered, literally.

I’m usually a cup girly but I used these my entire period and was impressed! I’d recommend these as my top option for period underwear. I’ve heard lots of gals say they don’t want to wear period underwear because it would “feel like sitting in it” but Poppins is quickly and efficiently absorbent so you don’t feel like that. It is stretchy and super comfortable. The only thing I don’t love is that the absorbent area is made with polyester but I don’t know enough about how to make it work to be able to say there is a better option. I’d rather die in the hill of period underwear than use a tampon ever again. So five stars ✨
