This set showcases the usual finely detailed accuracy that Victrix has accustomed us to expect from their releases. The sharpness of the molds is, as usual, practically perfect with next to no trimming required to finish off the figures. i particularly appreciated thhe inclusion of ecery conceivable type of headgear to equip ypur cataphtacts with. as the guyscat Victrix are clearly aware of how much uncertainty surrounds actual cataphract equipment and have definitely triedvtheir best to give us every possible option. Outstanding success, as usual, keep up the good work!

Great Looking Chatapracths

This kit is gorgeous, very well sculpted and dinamic, rappresernting late roman chatapracth. A couple of advice: - mounting the splitted kontos is the only challenging part of the kit, I think it could be avoided or improved in the future kits - Adding 16 horse is a great idea, however I think the kit could contain some variants to rappresent Non-roman chataphracts or early estern roman (byzantium) ones. This could be done using modelling skills clearly but, if there are been a little bit of variance directly in the sprues it would have increased the overall perceived quality of it. In any case is a great addittion to the Late Roman range and another top class Victrix kit.
