Lovely product, but sent the wrong seeds

The pot itself was lovely, but I was sent the wrong seeds despite adding a message to my order and sending the company an email requesting which seeds I wanted when placing the order. After receiving the wrong seeds, I followed up with another email to inform the company, they advised they’d send me a replacement pack of seeds but these never arrived. I paid extra for the seeds. The plant pot itself was nice and good quality, however if I ordered again, I would purchase the seeds from elsewhere. I don’t understand why there isn’t a drop down list on the website to select the seeds you wish to buy with the pots!

Personalised Flower Pot

Have ordered a big flower pot as a present for a childminder. It arrived on time, good quality and decent size (although not huge). The childminder said it was the best leaving present she ever received.
