I have been a meditator ( Trancendental Meditation) for 50 years. I was skeptical that 3 minutes could possibly be long enough to get my head into a meditative state. I was pleasantly surprised how powerful 3 minutes can be . I love this product!!! Most of the time I use it more than 3 minutes at a time but if that’s all the time you have to spare you will not be disappointed 😊
