Oregon 160DGEA041 Single Rivet 16" Guide Bar, 3/8" Low Profile Pitch, .050" Gauge

Unfortunately, the 160DGEA041 does not fit my chainsaw

The 160DGEA041 bar is about 3/8” longer than the original equipment bar. The chain tightness tab misses catching the hole in the Oregon bar by approx. 1/8”. Please send me a return material authorization. I would like to buy an Oregon bar, but must have one that fits. How can we get there from here? I could trace the original bar on cardboard and include it with the bar being returned. Instead of issuing credit, you could send me a bar that will fit. What do you think? I am open to suggestions.
