Black Taupe French Cuff Dress Shirt Set with Tie and Handkerchief

Very Disappointed

Over the years, I have bought many dress shirts from both physical stores and online retailers. When I found Suits Outlet offering a wide selection at discounted prices, I hoped to become a long-term customer. Unfortunately, that excitement faded as soon as I received my first two shirts. I ordered two shirts, and the quality of both shirts was disappointing. The black shirt felt rough and cheap, while the mustard shirt was made of very thin fabric. I was also frustrated that the website said the shirts could be hand-washed, yet the labels clearly stated “Dry Clean Only.” If a refund had been available, I would have returned them without even removing them from the bag. After just one dry cleaning at a cleaner I have trusted for years, both shirts looked even worse. As a result, I am left with shirts I do not plan to wear.
