I ordered the Baroque Pearl Charm, there was a glitch with the delivery (Australia Post's mistake), when I contacted Jimena with my enquiry, the response was immediate even though it was out of business hours. The follow-up was as soon as possible and I was advised with the results. I can't fault the excellent customer service. When I received the pendant I was impressed by the packaging first of all but the pearl's lustre was much more beautiful than in the photo. I love it!
