The Grazia Mini Woven Bag

I contacted these people because I thought the handbag had stains on it. I never heard back from them. Fortunately the stains were just some water and they dried. I intended to tell them that I didn’t have a problem when the contacted me. BHowever, given their lack of customer service to at least respond to me I have decided that I will not be ordering from them again.

Although the delivery was a little bit delayed, the quality and beauty of this bag was worth the wait.
