Ordered the 2-3 for my petite kid in 2t. The length is generous and will fit for a year! I love to size up on my primary coats for extended use. All of my kids rock their primary gear, are VERY hard on clothing and everything has lasted and been wonderful for hand me downs in my large family. We even coats to cousins and then back to my kids when they’re in the size. Love primary and the outstanding quality
