Shift knob was very nice and it’s weighted so the throw is very smooth but that wasn’t the amazing part ,someone from your team(an actual person) sent me an email thanking me for my business at first I thought it was a canned responds which is still a nice touch but then I got another responds from the same email I’m drawing a blank on his name right now but the fact that you guys took to time to personally thank me although it was a small order goes a very long way if there has a ever been a company that I would want to do repeat business with it would be you guys the appreciation seemed very sincere which made me feel valued although it was a small purchase thanks again and I will be back

Bought it for my son—he loves it. Says it absolutely makes him a safer driver 😆! The service was also excellent.
