The Rasa French Press

I have to say I am extremely pleased with the product you offer. I am allergic to caffeine and having a coffee coffee substitute that has no caffeine in it. That taste tastes good good and gives me the same enjoyment is drinking. Coffee is wonderful. For that I am very thankful. But the actual French press that you have doesn’t seem to work very well. I’ve only used it once and when I tried to rinse out the grounds after pouring the coffee, they kept getting stuck on the inside between the two parts of the cylinder. Luckily, I have another small French press that I use so I can enjoy your coffee. But the French press that you offer seems defective to me. I think it would be better if it was just one piece not two pieces. I hope I’m being clear. Anyway, I sure appreciate the product though. Thanks.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT/COMPANY

I was forced to choose a rating to submit this but one star is even too many for Rasa. This company and their products are terrible. The customer service doesn't reply to repeated emails and the product itself tastes horrible. In addition, the special was $39 and I was charged over $70. Again, no CS follow up so I have to reach out to my cc company. Don't waste your money or time.
