This straps certainly help with breathing better, I'd like them to hold better cause after a good WO session, they start coming off.

I have been struggling and have been losing 3-4 hours of sleep due to the congestion that I have in my room when sleeping. The first time ever putting on these nasal strips I completely knocked out! I had woken up completely rejuvenated and have not had sleep like that for as long as I can remember! Definitely cannpt reccomend enough!
