i bought this as a gift for my bestfriend. initially, it was great, looked shiny and gorgeous and i was so happy with my purchase. however, the ring easily bent and a stone fell off within the first week, i was completely shocked and reached out to the company for some help. the service i received was fabulous and i am so grateful for the replacement they sent. the current ring is still in perfect condition. they were transparent with me and righted the wrong, this is the exact type of trust a business should have with their customers and ILLUMIRAKI did exactly that. five stars from me! :)
