Sledge / Sledge Lite Ear Pieces

It was difficult to insert the replacement ear piece. I would only be able to insert it halfway. Their website had only the basic of instructions to insert which still did not help me. I had to brainstorm and determined I had to heat up the replacement earpiece (not too high) to soften it to fully insert it.
