I greatly appreciate your making refurbished products available. I consider myself a "Technodunce"... in other words- I don't actually enjoy technology and want as little to do with it as possible. However, I MUST have a phone and an email address, etc. in this day and age. Therefore, I am thankful that you offer me a means to acquire the necessary devices without spending the thousands of dollars the newest devices cost.
