Initial knob I ordered had a visual defect, but customer service was very responsive and helpful to get a replacement. Insulated knob is a great upgrade for our winters, and the shift feeling is a bit more satisfying now. Note for 11th gen si owners - knob will work with the standard shift boot collar, but doesnt look good with it. I would highly recommend an Acuity shift boot collar as so everything looks proper
