This is my fourth purchase of this product. It goes on under your eye smoothly leaving a nice cooling feeling. The caffeine in the product really helps the puffiness and nourishes the skin without feeling greasy. I have no issues applying makeup over it. I have tried other products like this, but nothing else compares.
