Came with a QR code to an instructional video on how to uninstall the old pads and install the new ones! Made it very easy to switch out the pads. I can also feel a noticeable difference in quality- pads are thicker, material is nicer (somehow less sticky?) and my ears aren’t touching the inside. My old ones were pretty worn, but I still feel like they feel better than the original ones felt new. Worth the price!
