We purchased this within the past year and wanted to use it for awhile before giving honest feedback. We have been very happy with the fireplace and it has added the perfect aesthetic to our outdoor patio. We didn’t care for the look of the glass rocks, so we stuck with the traditional logs provided, but it is nice having a few options to choose from between the logs and the rocks, as well as the multiple options available for the flames. We had the fireplace installed by our contractor during the construction of our patio, so I cannot personally attest to the ease or difficulty of the actual installation, but the feedback from our contractor is that it was an easy enough install, which was encouraging. The fireplace arrived in a timely manner and was very well packaged.
