Shipping improvement

In the email that indicated that the purchase was shipped there was a link to track it. It didn't work. There was the tracking number but no indication of the shipper. Copy and paste it into Google and nothing. I finally went to your info page and it shows that you ship usps and that's how I was able to track it. Room for improvement.
