Love this wool and have done 3 orders from this store for various projects using it. Two of the orders matched the color shown on the computer. However, this particular color, Dusk, does quite a color shift between the actual fiber and the computer image. This is always a danger purchasing online and a gamble. When I called the store I was told it was a sale order and not possible to return or exchange. The man I spoke to was quite short about telling me this information which was a marked contrast to the friendly tone of the woman I first spoke to.This reminds me why I go back to Amazon. If I order online from Amazon and there’s a problem, I can return the item. Sadly not always an option with small businesses.
