NRS Hydroskin 0.5 Helmet Liner

This is a practical way to keep your head warm in winter. It is less confining than a full-on neoprene hood, but keeps your head fairly warm. It covers your ears and keeps the cold water out of them, so you don't need earplugs. It keeps you pretty warm when it is dry, but works even better after it gets wet. If you roll, you will feel cold in the air initially, but after a few minutes it warms up and works even better when it is wet.

Great Cap but Order 1 Size Up

Great cap for cold water kayaking. It does run small, I had to return it and order the next size up for it to cover my ears. The actual cap fit about the same for the small and medium size but the length is what varies (small did not fully cover my ears but the medium did).

Perfect!

It’s awesome just the extra that I needed to keep me warm!
