Women's Aurora 5 in 1 Jacket

Beautiful in Color and Design But. . . . .

This jacket has so much potential but is lacking true waterproofing for snowmobiling and doesn't stop wind at all. The material is super thin and soaks up water instantly. I originally thought it might work for a sledding jacket but it has become a running around town Jacket. I feel like 509 could have made this super great for us lady riders but missed the mark. Needs higher waterproofing rating, windpoofing, a way to tighten the bottom of the sleeves so snow can't get in. It is extremely comfortable and fits true to size but definitely not a snowmobiling jacket for trail or mountain riding missing way too many components. I will say the way the front zipper is protected and sealed is super cool I just wish more of that thought went into it for the woman rider.

One piece that really does it all!

My excitement for this piece of gear is through the roof. Having a jacket that also serves as a midlayer, wind breaker, cozy casual piece, as well as a shell for warmer days eliminates the need for packing excessive gear, and creates a highly customizable piece that will keep me riding comfortably in any conditions.
