Very comfy! Definitely visible under clothes, but that's hard to avoid with higher absorbency. I did get them on sale and I don't know if I would want to spend full price as they don't feel quite as well-made as other brands like Saalt, but they are definitely comfortable and I feel secure in them.

The quality of the underwear is wonderful but the back seam of the period lining is uncomfortable. For some reason the unfinished, rough seam is next to the body and the smooth seam is on the outside. I wear them inside out and they are very comfortable that way. Very poor design which is too bad. I’ve never had this problem with any other underwear.

I actually bought these are regular, everyday underwear. After realizing I looked forward to my period because my Aisle underwear are so much more comfy than my regular underwear! Then, after calculating how much my regular underwear cost, and how fast they wear out, compared to Aisle which has stayed comfy for years, I decided to go for it and just be comfy all month. These fit well and are smooth, soft, and comforting.
