The build quality is solid and smooth. There arent any splinters and it was easy to assemble. I'm only giving it three stars because it smells unbearably toxic. I was sitting next to some of the slats for about 30 minutes and I got a massive headache. I moved them downstairs and only kept the arch upstairs, but the smell is really strong despite being several feet away from it now. I'm worried about my little ones playing with this in their bedroom so for now I'm keeping the arch in the living room and debating whether or not I want them to play with this set. If you get this, the quality is good but i would set up an air purifier and keep it in a big open room. I wouldn't recommend it for this reason.

Fun exploration
Grandson just turned 1 but he has enjoyed learning to climb on the Pikler triangle. I can see how this will last for years as he grows older and the parts can be changed to create more difficulty. Right now he is very interested and into the challenge. It does require significant assembly and power tools help make it easier but it is sturdy and well constructed.

Wonderful product and customer service
I can’t say enough about our experience with the Pikler triangle and with Tinyland customer service. Our 11-month old great-niece was immediately fascinated and began climbing on it without any encouragement. We had some questions that Customer Service responded to right away. Don’t hesitate to order this excellent product.
