I cannot say enough good things about Code Word Hat Company! I ordered a customized hat, and while I loved it, the fit just wasn’t quite right for me, through no fault of the company. I reached out to let them know, and without hesitation, they offered to make me a brand-new hat in a different style at no additional charge! Their response time was immediate, and their customer service is truly top-notch! It’s so refreshing to come across a company these days that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to make things right, even when the issue isn’t their fault. This is the kind of customer service that earns lifelong customers. I will absolutely be ordering again and recommending them to everyone!

Order was wrong - clearly printed an extra letter after what I had requested in a custom hat. They sent a new one but I haven’t received it yet.
