I had been drinking another brand of red rooibos, which is a thin red grain tea, but as always once you go Mother Hen, you don't go back. This Red Rooster Rooibos Chai has visible cinnamon chips, cardamon and orange peel and more in a wonderful fragrant blend that if you use a good infuser, with 2-3 teaspoons, you can easily get a couple of large cups of wonderful teal, packed with antioxidants! One of my new faves!

Wow - this tea is so good! I’ve tried it hot with and without honey, and it’s just as delicious. I can’t wait to try it iced, or with an espresso shot and some non-dairy alternative milk.
