The top of the brush came off when I removed the plastic cover. Very disappointing

They came damaged and were unsecured and unprotected in a large box with other items. The liquid in the center has leaked out and the bristles were damaged on two of them. Usually the quality is really good from this company but someone in the packaging department really dropped the ball here and I am disappointed. EDIT: they sent two brushes as a replacement and I think now it's an issue with the brushes themselves because even wrapped in a LOT of bubble wrap, the brushes still came in with the end caps damaged and the liquid inside the handle leaking all over the place, but at least the bristles weren't damaged this time. I'm going to have to figure out what liquid is supposed to go in there so I can try to fix it. Otherwise the brush is a decent acrylic brush, even if I have to be super thorough in cleaning it because it tends to stick in the bristles.
