The mattress is good but given the promotion of this mattress as being a cooler sleep I do not get that at all. I wish it was cooler than my old mattress but its not. otherwise is a good mattress and hope it breaks in more over time.

The Helix Size Cal-King is Really Our Thing!
I love the Helix Mattress. I ordered a California King. I didn't really need the extra length when I first thought about our heights, but the extra inches are REALLY great for two average size people! There was the option to add the topper that helps with cooling you down, so I added that. I love the firmness of the mattress, and its nice to have a black mattress!

Awesome Customer Support
Although my overall sleep experience hasn't been the best. I can say customer service has been awesome. They have tried to accommodate my request each and every time. I have changed out my mattress several times and they did not hesitate to provide their expertise and generous support.
