Wheelchair Walking Stick Holder

Initially the walking stick holder worked ok but requires on other elastic toggle to hold the sticks in position “ That was until both fixing nuts worked loose with vibration and the rubber pieces to protect the tubular frame of the wheelchair simply disappeared / presumably lost on a shopping expedition. Not a good design I suggest but perhaps you have a suggestion to make them useable again.

Useful add-on to wheel chair but could do with washers both sides of the nut / bolt to prevent the fastener cutting into the plastic when tightened.

This is ok but there is nothing to keep it from slipping in to the wheel area.
