Excellent product and service.

I love the new handrail, customer service was excellent too. I created some confusion with my order online and they called me to confirm everything and make sure it was right. The installation was straightforward, I just watched their video which was very helpful. Ordered in aged bronze.

Great workmanship. Instructions were very helpful. Even included a hardened drill bit and Phillips driver. Looks great.
