The only reason for 4 stars is because I received a purple one instead of the hot pink, but I like purple too so all is well. I noticed the first time I slept in it that the next morning my hair wasn't as frizzy. I was worried that I would get hot wearing it since I am in menopause, but I don't notice that I even have it on and I don't wake up with the hair on the back of my neck all wet from sweat. I would definitely recommend this product.
