Purchased for an Office - Very Happy

After a ton of research, I bought this to serve an office where we had a Nespresso. I was tired of spending $100’s a month on pods, and after 2 broken machines I won’t be back. Nespresso couldn’t handle the volume - It needed to be cleaned/descaled every 2 weeks or would have an error message after every 3 uses. Bought the TruBrew in Sept 2023 - it is now December and I am very very happy with it. It gets used on average 10-20 times a day (mainly for single cup brewing). I have only had to descale it once (after about 3 months of use) and it is on the highest setting for water hardness. I particularly like that it allows you to brew a cup even when the descale light turns on until you have time to run the 30 min cycle. Descaling was very straight forward compared to the ridiculously complicated process on the Nespresso. Everyone in the office understood how to use the machine with some simple instructions left in the break room. Emptying the grounds and water compartments is very easy and straight forward. This machine deserves 5/5 stars and ECS was great with very fast delivery and I’ve called them many times for product details and used their online reviews when picking this machine. I will 100% recommend this machine to anyone who wants it for home or office use and will be purchasing other products from ECS.
