Very impressed with this tag. Have been using for 2 weeks. My dog paddled at the beach and small creek and no issues with water proof case. Our household downloaded the app which is very easy to use and refresh for accurate tracking. Excellent price without having to spend big bucks and very speedy delivery. Highly recommend. Would definitely buy again.

The main issue with these tags is the delay in refresh in the app. Even with a phone next to it; it can take more than 15 minutes to refresh. Would not be suitable for trying to track a runaway pup in real time. It does work but would rely on the pet being stationary for an extended period to locate them.

It works! Bought after she got a bad fright and went and hid. Cogent find her for hours. She has gone slightly deaf so now she wears it all the time so I can easily find her. Great price and thankfully it is water proof because it dangles in her bowl when drinking. Might have to raise the bowl off ground.
