This review is not about the book itself, which I’m sure is great, but the service I received. While delivery was quick and the whole process easy and painless, the book that was sent out however decidedly looked second hand. It was well thumbed and covered in handprints. As I ordered and paid for a new item I am not happy about this, especially as it is meant to be a Christmas present.
