I’ve been using The Autism Helper Math Curriculum in a self-contained classroom and overall it’s a helpful resource. The leveled structure makes it easy to differentiate for students working on very different skills, and the materials are simple to prep and implement. It works especially well for small groups, independent work, or paraprofessional-led stations. One limitation is that much of the practice is worksheet-based, so I often supplement with hands-on activities or real-life math tasks to keep students engaged and build functional skills. Overall, it’s a solid supplemental curriculum for foundational math skills and organization in a structured classroom, but it works best when paired with manipulatives and real-world math experiences.
