I received my quilt and loved it, it's very soft and fluffy and looks great. I happened to notice two thread pulls, so I took a picture and sent a message to customer service late at night. To my surprise I had a response early the next morning, and they shipped out a replacement that very next day. Absolutely impressed with customer service and I love my new quilt.

This quilt is perfect! Not too thick not too thin! I went with the king for my queen bed because I like for it to be bigger and it was huge. I will try the queen size on my next purchase because I’m sure it will be perfect for my bed
