The white stone diffuser is so beautiful, it has several different options to diffuse, it can be used as a night light if you choose so and best of all it adds to my house decor, it goes well in any room. I did reach out to the company and I got a reply back right away apologizing for the late shipment as they had unexpected delays. It took 3 weeks to receive my order but the great quality made up for it. I love my diffuser
