Misleading Description / Poor Policy

The hinges on my 13Q cooler broke so I ordered a replacement product described on the Engel web site as 'Reverse Hinge Set'. Turns out, the 'Set' is actually only one hinge with two parts. Now I'm stuck because they want me to pay for shipping to return.
