Runway Maxi Dress - Navy

I never have good luck with the sizing from this brand. The garments are always way larger than the size chart. This dress is very shapeless. I'm considering getting two sizes smaller, but what if the dress is still shapeless? The arms are already quite tight. Disappointing.

I want to exchange for smaller size but can’t get help to do this . No ORDER NUMBER .

I am uncertain about whether I like this dress or not..it is shapeless..so will probably return…the navy is an odd navy.
