Excellent product and service

My spintronic set came with a broken 1000 ohm resistor and it was replaced (at no cost) immediately! Great product! I am a professor of engineering and can still spend hours on spintronics absolutely intrigued.

Amazing!

I have a class set of 6 Spintronics sets. The 1000 Ohm resistors were breaking for whatever reason (my students or a design flaw). I contacted Upper story about getting replacement parts. They replaced all 6 of the 1000 Ohm resistors, no questions asked. It was a dream working with them. Thanks again!
