Love the product - need to tighten communications with Ryder
Ryder did a great job with delivery. Meg was super helpful on the SF showroom! Please note that Ryder was unaware of the order addition to roll out our Thuma rug (delivered via fed ex prior to) as part of our white glove bed delivery and assembly. I had to speak with their dispatcher and send an email info in order for Ryder to approve. It all worked out- just letting you know so you can work out these communication kinks with your delivery vendors. I was assured on 1/15 that Ryder was aware of this add to my white glove delivery, but that didn't seem to be the case. Thank you!
