I picked up a rain jacket from Blue Sky Outfitter and the service was solid. The shipping was fast—they got it out the door immediately—but the way it arrived is what stood out. Instead of just throwing the jacket in a box, they actually wrapped it to provide some extra protection. They even took the time to write "Thank You" on the receipt. You don't see that kind of effort much these days, and it shows these guys actually care about the gear they're sending out. I highly recommend them. It’s good to see a company that still cares this much about the customer.
