I am disappointed! I called and asked specifically if you could cut a 1” belt strap out of 6-7 live oak. You said yes, no problem, and gave me a price. What I got was a 1.5” belt strap. Although I can cut the strap down, it would have been nice to receive what I asked for when I spoke with you on the phone! Thanks
