Took them days to ship it out, and the product itself suffers from the same bizarre design decisions most of BOTs other products do. The technology is amazing… the actual design of the product is like someone who has never owned a horse made it. The woven interior is supposed to keep it from binding up, but it’s more of a cotton feel than a nylon so it has no slip. The bizarre cut of the high neck really is as strange in person as it appears in photos, and folds down/binds up during use. If anyone who actually cares about the functional design or their products vs catering only to superficial looks ever launches a competitor, I’ll be the first to jump ship. Actively looking for comparable turnout replacements.
