Hodmedods is a great social Enterprise but this flour makes the most fantastic bread. I use half and half with good white flour and it really works for me as an everyday loaf.  The backstory behind the design of the product is very significant: Professor Tim Spector and team have shown that eating a wide variety of species is important for our gut flora. This flour was designed by Vanessa Kimbell to introduce a white variety of species into our daily loaf. Very worthy, but it also tastes great.
