Brickell Revitalising Anti Aging Cream - 59ml

I give top rating for the product as it’s excellent. However, this is in no way a true reflection on the service from MaleSkin. This item arrived today, was ordered on 7 April and only after a couple of weeks of the order status not changing to ‘dispatched’ I queried it, only to be sent an email about the high demand and huge volume of orders that staff are working late and over weekends etc to get on top of. It then transpires after further querying the REAL reason for the delay was that it was out of stock online when I ordered despite the fact that it said it was available. I know this is a 1st World Problem but this is the 3rd time in 3 orders that the exact same thing happened. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but not again. I ordered the exact same item through a different company at a SLIGHTLY higher price, with free delivery and it arrived in 2 days. The product itself is excellent. The dispatch and delivery service of this company, in my experience, however, not so much.
