Heirloom-quality mug with clean, custom sandblast
I sent two line-art portraits and asked for outline-only engraving. Amanda walked me through the 1 mm detail limits, sent proofs, and simplified the lines without losing the likeness. Both sides were scaled to the same visual size, centered perfectly, and the contrast on the black glaze is excellent—the tan clay reveal pops. Lines are crisp, no fuzzy edges, and the blasting is even. The mug itself feels premium: solid weight, comfortable handle, sits flat, and the glaze is smooth. It arrived well-packed with no chips, and it’s been through microwave and dishwasher cycles with zero issues. The stencil fee and process were clear, communication was fast, and they were flexible on placement/orientation (right-hand drinker front). If you want your own artwork turned into something that actually looks intentional and durable—not a cheap print—this is it.

couldn’t be happier!
Amanda helped me design mugs for guests at my 35th birthday and they came out perfect. I initially came up with a design from Canva which was too complicated, the simplified version she created was exactly what I wanted and I got compliments from all my family and friends. Thanks Amanda!

Custom Order
Amanda is amazing to work with. I received one of her mugs with a book purchase. I requested 12 custom mugs and over a period of several weeks, Amanda offered several color combinations and print styles and sizes until we ended up with a mug that I think my gift recipients will love. Amanda was always in touch with me throughout the process; especially whenever there was a time delay on getting the right mugs.
