Great but pills easily under hiking backpack

I bought this for sun protection for a couple of recent hikes because I know these tops are nice and thin so not too hot in the sun. It was great for thin sun protection that wasn't too hot, but it was already pilling a lot on the back after just the first day of hiking with small pack. I wish the neck came up just a tad higher in the back but otherwise great.

While I am sometimes not in on some of the more Modern color ways the clothing itself never fails. I love these shirts - bought one and then added three more. Good fit for my older dad bod. Thumb holes are good positioned. Holds up well. Honestly I wear these out at times running errands. Don’t buy too many so I can restock.

Great base layer or stand alone layer for cooler weather (<65F). Wicks sweat very well and dries fast.
